Keystone’s Annual Fall Fundraiser
November 4th, 3 – 8pm
Online event tickets are now closed. You can purchase your all-inclusive tickets at the door tomorrow. Thank you!
Saturday afternoon fun begins at 3pm with your all-inclusive ticket covering delicious catered food, rides, games and an open bar for those 21+. Children have the time of their lives running around with friends, playing games and enjoying the rides while parents socialize, eat and drink. At 5pm, the much anticipated raffle basket winners are drawn. The grand finale of the family portion of the event is the student performance, which ends with students dancing their way into the classrooms leaving parents free to attend the live auction. Tickets go on sale October 3rd and will be available online through Keystone’s website.

With children having their own fun in the classrooms, the adult only live auction portion of the evening begins. The projects that the classrooms have lovingly created will be up for auction along with a few other unique experiences and packages. The action-packed auction is equally fun for bidders and spectators. With no pressure to bid, take advantage of the free childcare and stay. Don’t worry, the auction typically ends around 8pm so you’ll be home in plenty of time to get the kids to bed.

Classroom Raffle Baskets
The term basket doesn’t adequately convey the impressive collection of themed items that make up each one of these treasures. While basket values are typically between $500 and $900, a chance to win one is only $5! Ticket prices are 1 ticket for $5, 5 tickets for $20, or 30 tickets for $100. Raffle chances are sold before and after school in the weeks prior to the event. Winners are drawn at the event. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE BASKETS
The Social Season consists of parties that are organized and paid for by families and friends of Keystone. Parties are scheduled throughout the year and anyone wishing to attend one of the parties may purchase a ticket. Parties are held independently of Keystone. Hosts generously cover all the costs for the party so the entire admission price goes directly to Keystone. Admission to parties can be purchased online prior to the Fall Fundraiser and at the event.

Sponsorships: Business & Family
Business sponsorships are an important part of the financial success of the fall fundraiser. By pairing with local businesses, the school receives much needed operating support and businesses are given marketing opportunities. Sponsorships are available at three levels: $4,000, $2,000 or $1,000.

Family sponsorships are the perfect way for grandmas & grandpas and aunts & uncles to support the school while getting a tax credit. Family sponsors at the $500 level get naming rights to a game, concession or inflatable. Sponsors at the $250 level are recognized in the Sponsor Walkway at the event.

Not to be confused with the raffle baskets that are put together by each classroom, the 50/50 raffle tickets are sold only during the festival. The winner receives 50% of the raffle money as credit to use at the live auction. The other 50% goes to the school. Last year’s winner received over a $1200 credit to use at the Live Auction!
