Parent/Caregiver Volunteer Requirements
Parent and caregiver volunteers play a vital role in the Montessori environment. By helping in classrooms and supporting events, you strengthen the connection between home and school, create meaningful partnerships with staff, and foster a community centered on the children. Your involvement not only enriches classroom experiences but also nurtures each child’s sense of belonging, respect, and shared responsibility—core values of Montessori education.
To volunteer in the classrooms, parents and caregivers must:

Attend Volunteer Training (held every August; required only once).
- Review and sign the General Guidelines for Volunteers form (click the button below).
- Complete the Fingerprint Clearance Card process (required for all chaperones).
